Today we talked about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, and how taking time to pause, breathe and relax can help us to feel calm, focused and ready to learn. The children reflected on how they felt before and after our meditation session, and it was lovely to hear them describe feeling calm, happy, relaxed and content afterwards. A wonderful way to support positive wellbeing in the classroom.
